Make a meaningful impact supporting students as an Occupational Therapist for the upcoming school year. This full-time contract position runs from August 31, 2026, through June 3, 2027, providing dedicated onsite services in a welcoming educational environment. Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Occupational Therapist licensure required, with eligibility to practice in a school setting.
- Previous experience with school-aged children is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with IEP processes, student assessments, and collaborative multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to adapt interventions and provide services within diverse classroom settings.
- Demonstrated flexibility, professionalism, and a passion for supporting student success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled occupational therapy interventions to help students achieve educational goals.
- Assess, evaluate, and document student progress in accordance with district guidelines.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to create and implement individualized plans.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based decision-making.
- Maintain accurate records and comply with school policies and procedures.
- Consult and provide guidance to staff on classroom adaptations and student needs.
This is an onsite position offering 37.5 hours per week throughout the school year. Compensation is competitive, with a pay rate included as per position specifications.
