Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active OT licensure in Kansas (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Ability to adapt to working across various campuses and student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services to elementary students with a range of needs
• Conduct evaluations and craft Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
• Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to promote student success
• Provide input on accommodations and adaptive strategies within the classroom environment
• Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and ongoing professional development
