Occupational Therapist School Setting - Shingle Springs, CA

As an Occupational Therapist, you will:

• Work three days per week in a school-based setting
• Provide assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver interventions for K-12 students with a variety of needs
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students' IEP goals
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school and state requirements
• Educate and guide school staff and family members on accommodations and strategies to enhance student participation

Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license issued by the state of California
• Previous experience in a school-based setting or with pediatric populations preferred
• Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
• Adaptability and resourcefulness when addressing student needs across grade levels
