Desired Experience & Qualifications

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in NJ (or ability to secure license)
• Experience in school settings preferred (OT - School)
• Proficiency in teletherapy, home health, and healthcare-based OT practices a plus
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and support student development in group and individual settings

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct OT services in a school environment, following individualized caseload:
  • 15 sessions/year, 30 min each, small group
  • 20 sessions/year, 30 min each, small group
  • 1 consult/month, 30 min, group
  • 1 consult/month, 30 min, individual
  • 5 consults/year, 10 min each
  • 15 sessions/year, 30 min each, individual
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to IEP requirements
• Track progress and collaborate with educational staff and families
• Utilize teletherapy and consultative approaches when appropriate
