Key Qualifications:

  • Active Colorado Teaching License (CDE) required
  • OT (Occupational Therapy) Endorsement mandatory
  • Experience with pediatric or school-based occupational therapy strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills
  • Ability to adapt strategies to diverse student needs across K-12 grades

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
  • Work closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to implement therapy recommendations
  • Facilitate interventions targeting fine motor skills, sensory integration, self-care, and other school-related tasks
  • Document progress and adapt plans as needed to support student growth
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing valuable insights and recommendations
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to remain current with best practices
