Essential Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with eligibility to practice in the state
• Previous experience working in a school environment strongly preferred
• Familiarity with IEP development, goal setting, and progress monitoring
• Able to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other specialists
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management abilities
• Adaptable to changing caseloads and diverse student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine students’ functional abilities and needs within the school environment
• Develop, implement, and update individualized therapy plans in collaboration with IEP teams
• Deliver direct therapy services to students in accordance with established goals
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to integrate therapeutic strategies into daily routines
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided, student progress, and required reports
• Participate in team meetings, providing valuable input to support overall student development
