Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license (OTR/L) in Maryland
• Previous experience providing OT in school, pediatric, home health, healthcare, or teletherapy settings
• School-based OT experience highly preferred
• Strong ability to work with mostly high school-age students
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct student assessments to identify OT needs and develop individualized plans
• Deliver direct therapy services to high school-aged students, supporting their academic and social success

• Maintain organized documentation, track progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Provide teletherapy support as required for student continuity of care
