Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group occupational therapy interventions tailored to student needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement effective therapy plans.
- Conduct student assessments and document progress to inform ongoing support and strategies.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate services and advocate for student success.
- Travel between assigned schools to provide consistent therapy services as scheduled.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist with relevant credentials to practice in school settings.
- Experience working with children in educational environments preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with students, families, and staff.
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques to diverse student needs and school environments.
- Willingness to travel between locations as required by the position.
