• Licensed Occupational Therapist with active credentials recognized by California
• Recent experience working in a school setting preferred
• Demonstrated understanding of IEP process and documentation
• Strong collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
• Effective communicator with students, families, and staff
• Ability to adapt strategies to meet diverse student needs

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services to students, following individualized goals and education plans
• Assess and document student progress, maintaining accurate and timely records
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
• Participate in team meetings, IEP reviews, and planning sessions as needed
• Implement evidence-based interventions and modifications in classroom and one-on-one settings
• Provide recommendations for adaptive equipment or classroom modifications that enhance student access and participation
