Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapist licensure required
- Experience in school-based settings, home health, healthcare, or teletherapy strongly valued
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
- Ability to manage and organize a student caseload efficiently
- Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and documentation
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to a diverse caseload of 55-60 students
- Serve both elementary (grades K-5) and secondary (grades 6-12) populations
- Conduct comprehensive OT assessments and contribute to team-based student planning
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans based on individual student needs
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to foster student growth
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and district requirements
- Option to provide services via onsite, home health, healthcare, or virtual (teletherapy) formats
