Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist licensure required
  • Experience in school-based settings, home health, healthcare, or teletherapy strongly valued
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
  • Ability to manage and organize a student caseload efficiently
  • Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and documentation

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services to a diverse caseload of 55-60 students
  • Serve both elementary (grades K-5) and secondary (grades 6-12) populations
  • Conduct comprehensive OT assessments and contribute to team-based student planning
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans based on individual student needs
  • Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to foster student growth
  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and district requirements
  • Option to provide services via onsite, home health, healthcare, or virtual (teletherapy) formats
