Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
- Active OT license (or eligibility) in Delaware
- Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Commitment to professional growth and evidence-based practices
What You'll Do:
- Provide direct therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs
- Conduct student assessments and participate in eligibility meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
- Maintain clear documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and legal standards
- Attend meetings, provide training, and consult with educational teams as required
- Adapt therapy strategies to meet individual student needs
