Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Washington (or eligibility for licensure)
• Previous experience in school-based therapy is highly valued
• Ability to assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote learning and independence
• Maintain accurate records of interventions, progress notes, and required documentation
• Support program development focusing on sensory, fine motor, and adaptive skills
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions to advocate for students’ needs
