Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Washington (or eligibility for licensure)
- Previous experience in school-based therapy is highly valued
- Ability to assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with educators and families

- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote learning and independence
- Maintain accurate records of interventions, progress notes, and required documentation
- Support program development focusing on sensory, fine motor, and adaptive skills
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions to advocate for students’ needs
