Key Qualifications:

  • Current Occupational Therapy licensure from the State of New Mexico
  • Experience in school-based OT (Pre-K through 12th grade preferred)
  • Proficiency in teletherapy platforms
  • Ability to supervise and mentor a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver OT services to approximately 40 students district-wide
  • Provide both in-person and teletherapy support as required
  • Work Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, offering a flexible 4-day week
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Supervise and provide guidance to a COTA
  • Coordinate with teachers, families, and other support staff
