Desired Qualifications:

  • Active or pending state OT license
  • Experience or interest in school-based practice, including SLP (CCC), SLP (Healthcare or Pediatrics), SLP (School), SLPA (School or Healthcare), or OT
  • Eagerness to serve diverse student populations across pediatric age ranges
  • Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset
  • Organizational abilities to manage caseloads and documentation effectively

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech, occupational, or language therapy services to students based on individual education plans (IEPs)
  • Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and set measurable goals
  • Document progress and maintain compliance with state and federal requirements
  • Communicate regularly with teachers, families, and school staff to support student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional expertise
