Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Hold a valid Occupational Therapy license in Pennsylvania
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric OT setting preferred
• Familiarity with IEP process and documentation requirements
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, staff, and families
• Ability to manage a caseload and adapt interventions for elementary-aged children

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to elementary students in accordance with their IEPs
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy interventions addressing fine/gross motor skills, sensory processing, and functional independence
• Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary teams to promote student participation and growth
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and progress
• Support students’ classroom integration and deliver consultative services to school staff as needed
