This full-time position offers the chance to be onsite, collaborating with educators and families to create inclusive, engaging learning environments. Your expertise will support students across elementary ages, tailoring interventions to meet diverse developmental and educational needs.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Current Occupational Therapy license (Indiana)
  • Experience working with elementary-aged students in educational settings preferred
  • Strong understanding of IEP processes and special education collaboration
  • Ability to conduct and interpret assessments, design individualized treatment plans, and document progress
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students, families, and staff
  • Flexibility and problem-solving skills to adapt in a bustling school environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver onsite OT services to elementary students, helping them participate fully in school activities
  • Develop, implement, and review individualized interventions based on academic and functional needs
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary teams, contributing to IEP meetings and progress monitoring
  • Provide consultative support to teachers and families for student success
  • Maintain organized, accurate, and timely documentation for all services rendered
