Step into a rewarding contract opportunity working with an enthusiastic student community, providing essential Occupational Therapy services throughout the upcoming academic year. Play a pivotal role supporting learners ages 3 to 18—helping them build fine and gross motor skills, improve daily functioning, and achieve their full potential in a supportive educational environment.

This role begins as soon as possible and extends through the 2026/2027 school year. As the dedicated occupational therapist on-site, you'll collaborate closely with teachers, special educators, and families to deliver individualized interventions, enhance classroom participation, and monitor progress for a diverse caseload. What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license, with eligibility to practice in the state
• Previous experience in school settings preferred
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and best practices for remote interventions
• Strong background in developing treatment plans for both fine and gross motor needs
• Experience working with children and adolescents ages 3–18
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to varying student needs and adjust strategies accordingly
• At this time, the position is not open to COTAs

Responsibilities:

• Assess, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans for students
• Deliver occupational therapy in both face-to-face and teletherapy formats
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and participate in IEP meetings
• Track progress, document services, and maintain clear records
• Guide teachers and support staff in classroom accommodations
• Communicate regularly with families on student goals and progress
