Qualifications:

  • Current, valid Occupational Therapy licensure for Illinois (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Experience or strong interest in working within K-12 school settings
  • Familiarity with IEPs, evaluations, and student-centered therapy plans
  • Positive communicator, able to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Flexibility and passion for adapting to new environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop tailored therapy plans for students
  • Deliver direct and consultative OT services within school environments
  • Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to maximize student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to school-based intervention teams
