Bring your passion for occupational therapy to a dynamic educational environment serving students from diverse backgrounds. This contract opportunity offers you the flexibility to make a measurable impact by delivering essential OT services in a collaborative school-based setting near South San Francisco, CA.

You’ll have the option to provide services in one of two ways: work full-time for five consecutive weeks or dedicate two days per week from now through the end of the school year. A total of 25 days of services needs to be fulfilled, giving you the chance to choose a schedule that fits your life while helping students achieve success.

Skills & Experience:

  • Valid California Occupational Therapist license
  • Previous experience providing OT services in schools is highly desired
  • Comfort with individualized and group therapy, as well as IEP development and documentation
  • Ability to adapt interventions to a wide range of student needs and abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and school teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct OT services consistent with student IEP requirements
  • Evaluate, develop, and implement treatment plans tailored to individual student needs
  • Document progress, maintain compliance, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Serve as a resource to teachers and staff regarding sensory, fine motor, and adaptive strategies
  • Foster a supportive, productive, and inclusive learning environment
