Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Occupational Therapy license in Washington (or eligibility for reciprocity)
• Prior experience working with K-12 students in a school-based setting is highly valued
• Strong understanding of IEP (Individualized Education Program) documentation and processes
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other service providers
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Passion for student-centered support and advocacy

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students’ OT needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Support students in improving fine motor, sensory processing, self-help, and organizational skills to enhance their participation in the academic environment
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations for accommodations and modifications
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress
• Engage in professional development to stay updated on best practices in school-based OT
