Desired Qualifications:

• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an Occupational Therapist
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations to assess students’ development and needs
• Develop, implement, and Monitor Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals focused on occupational therapy interventions
• Deliver direct and indirect therapy services to students, utilizing evidence-based practices
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to recommend strategies and accommodations
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress monitoring
