This role runs from August 11, 2026, through May 21, 2027, offering a consistent weekly schedule of 37.5 hours. You’ll collaborate with dedicated professionals to provide vital therapy services that support student success and independence within the educational environment.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current and active Occupational Therapy license in North Carolina
  • Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations
  • Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and progress documentation
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage a dynamic caseload and adapt to varying student needs
  • Open to both individual and group service delivery formats

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students as outlined in IEPs
  • Complete assessments, create intervention plans, and maintain thorough documentation
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to foster a supportive learning environment
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contributing professional recommendations
  • Support students in achieving their goals for academic, functional, and social participation
  • Ensure compliance with all district, state, and federal guidelines
