Occupational Therapist School Setting in Springfield, VT

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist certification for the state of Vermont
• Prior experience or strong interest in a school-based setting
• Familiarity with K-12 environments and a passion for supporting student development
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches to students' diverse needs and learning styles

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs and school goals
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student growth and participation
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all school and legal standards
