Occupational Therapist (OT) – School-Based

About the Role:
Join our student support team as an Occupational Therapist, helping students build fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills for classroom success. You'll supervise a COTA and collaborate with educators and families.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate students and develop individualized OT treatment plans and IEP goals

Provide direct OT services and supervise COTA implementation

Adapt classroom materials and environments to support learning

Document progress and collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff

Qualifications:

Current Vermont OT license (required)

Master's degree from an accredited OT program (required)

School-based or pediatric experience (preferred)
