Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license, with prior school-based experience preferred
• Background in OT for Schools, Home Health, and Healthcare environments
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and digital service delivery
• Strong ability to support fine and gross motor skill development in children
• Comfort working alongside and guiding Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA)
• Enthusiastic about district-wide collaboration and adaptive service provision
• Skilled in documentation, student goal-setting, and interdisciplinary teamwork

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate student needs and develop individualized therapy plans
• Deliver OT services through both in-person and teletherapy sessions
• Work with faculty, families, and staff to maximize student learning outcomes
• Supervise and support COTAs in effective implementation of therapy plans
• Track progress, update IEP documentation, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Serve as a resource for staff, promoting awareness and strategies for student success
• Flexibly provide services across several schools, adapting to various age groups and settings
