School Occupational Therapist | Sterling Heights, Michigan

This opportunity is for a part-time Occupational Therapist (.4 FTE) providing itinerant services across two K-12 campuses located in Sterling Heights, MI. The position is contracted for a full semester, offering a chance to support students in a dynamic school environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering occupational therapy services to students based on individual education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborating with educators, parents, and staff to create effective intervention strategies
• Conducting assessments and maintaining accurate documentation of student progress
• Providing specialized support to enhance students’ functional and academic performance within the school setting
• Traveling between two campuses to ensure consistent service delivery

Preferred qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license with experience in school-based settings
• Knowledge of K-12 educational environments and student needs
