Qualifications & Skills:
- Valid OT license and credentials required for schools in Michigan
- Experience or strong interest in providing occupational therapy services in an educational setting
- Ability to tailor interventions to a wide range of student needs

- Passion for helping children and adolescents achieve their developmental and academic goals
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs and 504 plans
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans focused on students’ strengths and challenges
- Document progress and maintain organized records in accordance with school policies
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure effective implementation of strategies in the classroom
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations that support students’ educational growth
- Adjust interventions as needed based on student progress and feedback
