Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs and 504 plans
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans focused on students’ strengths and challenges
  • Document progress and maintain organized records in accordance with school policies
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure effective implementation of strategies in the classroom
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations that support students’ educational growth
  • Adjust interventions as needed based on student progress and feedback
