Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with appropriate state credentials
• Experience providing OT services within a school setting, particularly at the elementary level
• Familiarity with IEPs, student progress monitoring, and multidisciplinary collaboration
• Strong communication skills with students, staff, and parents
• Compassion, adaptability, and a commitment to inclusive education

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ needs and develop targeted OT intervention plans
• Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions to support fine motor, sensory, and functional skill development
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families
• Document progress, participate in IEP meetings, and make recommendations for classroom adaptations
• Foster an engaging and supportive environment, encouraging each child’s unique strengths
