You’ll enjoy the benefits of a consistent, part-time schedule—6.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, within the hours of 8:30am to 3:30pm (with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break). Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist licensure in Michigan
  • Proven experience in school-based settings, home health, or broader healthcare environments
  • Familiarity with developing, implementing, and tracking individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, families, and educational staff
  • Ability to manage caseloads and documentation efficiently in a part-time schedule

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess students’ needs and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support their educational goals
  • Deliver individualized and group occupational therapy services within school and home environments
  • Develop and monitor treatment plans that promote student independence and participation
  • Provide consultation and training to teachers and caretakers on strategies for student success
  • Maintain accurate treatment records and participate in IEP meetings as needed
