As an integral part of the student services team, you will deliver occupational therapy services that address each child’s unique needs. Your expertise will play a critical role in fostering developmental growth, functional independence, and classroom participation.

What you bring: • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program • Active California OT license (or eligibility for rapid licensure) • Previous experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in a school setting • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills • Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation standards • Ability to collaborate positively with teachers, families, and other professionals

Key responsibilities: • Assess students to determine strengths, challenges, and adaptive needs • Design and implement individualized intervention plans to support student goals • Deliver therapy sessions in accordance with IEP requirements • Collaborate with educational staff to integrate occupational therapy goals into the classroom • Maintain up-to-date records, reports, and documentation • Provide education and resources to staff and families to support student growth
