  • Skilled in assessment, intervention planning, and implementing individualized therapy services

  • Adherence to ethical, professional, and regulatory standards

What You’ll Do:

  • Evaluate students’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver direct occupational therapy to students, focusing on improving fine motor skills, sensory processing, and activities of daily living
  • Document progress and maintain accurate therapy records according to school and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
  • Offer consultative support to teachers and staff to help integrate therapy strategies into the classroom
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment to promote student achievement and confidence
