This full-time role is designed for a dedicated OT eager to make a positive difference through in-person engagement within a dynamic educational environment. With a consistent weekly schedule of 40 hours, your standard hours will be 8:00 AM–3:30 PM, with periodic after-hours meetings to foster collaboration and professional growth.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist licensure in Wisconsin
  • Previous experience in school-based OT, home health, or healthcare settings highly desired
  • Ability to work effectively with young children (early childhood through 5th grade)
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Eagerness to participate in team meetings and share expertise
  • Passion for helping students maximize their functional independence and success at school

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive in-person OT services: assessment, intervention, and documentation
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement IEP goals and strategies
  • Engage families and caregivers in the therapeutic process and provide consultative support
  • Contribute actively during scheduled after-hours meetings, sharing insights and progress updates
  • Adapt treatments to meet individual student needs for educational participation and achievement
  • Track and report progress toward student goals in accordance with school procedures and timelines
