Occupational Therapist School Setting - Stoughton, WI

Step into a meaningful contract opportunity providing occupational therapy services to elementary-aged students (EC-5th grade) in a supportive school setting near Stoughton, WI. Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist licensure in Wisconsin
• Previous experience in school-based OT, home health, or healthcare settings highly desired
• Ability to work effectively with young children (early childhood through 5th grade)
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Eagerness to participate in team meetings and share expertise

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive in-person OT services: assessment, intervention, and documentation
