Key Qualifications:

• Current certification as an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Hands-on experience in school-based OT or COTA positions
• Strong ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting both fine and gross motor skills
• Experience working with diverse K-12 student populations
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

What You’ll Do:

• Provide engaging, student-centered therapy sessions to enhance students’ academic participation and independence
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with school requirements
• Design and adapt interventions to address students’ specific developmental and functional needs
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support each student’s success
• Offer guidance to staff and caregivers to reinforce therapy objectives throughout the school day
