In this role, you’ll serve three supportive elementary schools, working primarily with small groups or individual students—creating personalized, impactful sessions. Manage a manageable caseload of approximately 30 students, providing vital services that empower each child to reach their potential.

Qualifications/Desired Experience

• Active Occupational Therapy license in New Jersey (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience providing OT services in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Passion for working with elementary-aged children
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams
• Flexibility to work full-time M-F, or willingness to consider two part-time candidates

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services to a caseload of about 30 elementary students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy goals
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation
• Support students’ participation in school activities through targeted interventions
• Rotate between three elementary schools as scheduled
