Professionally, this travel role provides exposure to diverse educational settings as you serve seven schools—comprising one high school, two middle schools, and four elementary schools. By collaborating with faculty and other support staff, you’ll experience a variety of workplace cultures and leadership styles, ensuring continuous growth and a dynamic work environment. Supervising two dedicated COTAs will further hone your leadership abilities, making your resume stand out for future career opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
  • Previous experience in school settings or working with children and adolescents preferred
  • Ability to effectively supervise and collaborate with COTAs
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct OT services to students, ranging from elementary to high school
  • Supervise two COTAs and coordinate caseloads across multiple campuses
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student needs
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and document progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team activities
