Key Qualifications:

  • Current Washington Occupational Therapist (OT) license required.
  • Experience in school-based OT is essential; prior background in home health or broader healthcare OT settings is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess, plan, and implement individualized interventions for children in elementary school grades.
  • Comfortable collaborating with educators and support staff to integrate therapy goals into the classroom environment.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Not currently accepting COTAs for this opening.

Role Highlights:

  • Develop and carry out effective treatment plans designed to improve students’ fine motor skills, sensory integration, and functional independence.
  • Evaluate and monitor students’ progress, adjusting strategies and goals as needed to ensure ongoing success.
