Key Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapy license required
• Prior experience in schools, home health, and healthcare settings strongly preferred
• Skilled in providing direct and consultative OT services to children
• Effective communicator with students, families, and educational teams
• Flexible, adaptable, and committed to teamwork

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized and direct OT services to an elementary caseload (32 students, including 24 direct services, grades 4K-Elementary)
• Assess and document students’ functional abilities, progress, and therapy needs
• Work closely with educators, families, and related service providers to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to district, state, and ethical guidelines
