Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist licensure in California
• Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly preferred
• Understanding of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and ability to contribute to their development
• Comfortable performing assessments and implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine student needs and progress
• Develop and adapt individualized treatment plans in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of student goals, therapy sessions, and progress
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure effective support strategies
• Facilitate student participation and independence in the educational environment
