Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Occupational Therapist license in California
- Previous experience in school-based OT settings preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation

- Comfortable working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services per students’ IEP goals
- Collaborate with other educators, families, and support staff to foster student participation and progress
- Maintain accurate records and timely documentation as required by school and state guidelines
- Participate in eligibility determination and IEP meetings
- Educate staff and families on strategies to optimize students’ school performance and independence
- Adapt interventions and modify classroom environments to support accessibility
