Key Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license for California
- Previous school-based OT experience, ideally with elementary (TK-5th) students

- Ability to manage a flexible part-time schedule
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Deliver direct therapy sessions to help students succeed in academic and daily activities
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on strategies with teachers, parents, and support staff
- Adapt treatment goals and interventions as appropriate to promote student progress
- Offer consultative support and resources for school personnel and families
