Qualifications and Experience Desired:
- Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Occupational Therapy license in the state is required
- Previous experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations strongly preferred
- Experience with IEPs, direct therapy, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team is a plus
Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting assessments and evaluations for students referred for occupational therapy
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans and goals
- Providing direct therapy and consultation services as part of student IEP teams
- Maintaining accurate records and progress documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Collaborating closely with educators, specialists, and families to maximize outcomes for each student
- Participating in IEP meetings and contributing your expertise to planning and student support
