What we’re looking for:

• Valid California OT license
• Experience or strong interest in school-based practice
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Adaptable, with a passion for working with students from diverse backgrounds

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
• Delivering direct and consultative occupational therapy services
• Supporting students’ fine motor, sensory, and functional skills to promote independence
• Participating in IEP meetings and providing recommendations to support educational goals
• Maintaining clear, thorough documentation
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create inclusive, supportive learning environments
