Key Qualifications:

• Valid California Occupational Therapist license required
• Previous experience in a school-based OT setting preferred
• Strong understanding of IEPs, documentation, and case management
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative Occupational Therapy services to students as determined by IEPs
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor students’ progress
• Participate in IEP meetings, coordinate with educational staff, and maintain all required documentation
• Educate and collaborate with instructional staff and parents regarding strategies to support student success
• Adhere to district and state guidelines to ensure compliance and best practices
• Engage in ongoing professional development
