Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in California
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and students
• Ability to assess, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans
• Familiarity with IEP process and documentation standards
• Adaptability and compassion in responding to diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
• Conduct assessments and develop measurable goals tailored to each student
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to integrate OT strategies in the classroom
• Maintain all required documentation and timely progress reporting
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing valuable input to the support team
