Qualifications:

• Valid license to practice Occupational Therapy in California
• School-based OT experience preferred, but all backgrounds considered
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to adapt and be flexible in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with both individual and small-group therapy sessions

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of students’ needs within the school setting
• Develop, implement, and update individualized therapy plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to optimize student outcomes
• Document progress and maintain records in accordance with state and district guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing your professional insights
• Provide training or resources to staff as needed

This position offers a competitive compensation of $55-$65 per hour, commensurate with experience.
