Key Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license in California
• Prior experience in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to effectively manage time and organize tasks across multiple schools
• Strong aptitude for developing individualized educational plans (IEPs)
• Compassion and enthusiasm for working with children of diverse backgrounds

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct OT services to students as outlined in their IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support educational goals
• Provide consultative input on accommodations and modifications within the classroom
• Assess student needs and document progress in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
• Travel between assigned schools according to a consistent schedule
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student progress and therapy recommendations
• Maintain accurate records and timely documentation

In this role, you’ll enjoy a competitive hourly rate between $55 and $70 per hour and the satisfaction of contributing to student growth and success. The position is structured for full-time engagement, working 8 hours per day, with a consistent school-based schedule.
