Key Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in California
- School-based or pediatric experience highly preferred
- Solid understanding of sensory integration, IEP processes, and evidence-based interventions
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
- Compassion, adaptability, and a genuine passion for supporting young learners
Your Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students’ functional needs and create individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and review IEPs, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed
- Provide training and support to staff and families to carry over strategies into multiple environments
- Maintain thorough, compliant documentation in accordance with district and licensing requirements
