Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in California
• School-based or pediatric experience highly preferred
• Solid understanding of sensory integration, IEP processes, and evidence-based interventions
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
• Compassion, adaptability, and a genuine passion for supporting young learners

Your Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students’ functional needs and create individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services in both individual and group settings
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and review IEPs, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed
• Provide training and support to staff and families to carry over strategies into multiple environments
• Maintain thorough, compliant documentation in accordance with district and licensing requirements
