You’ll be working with TK–5th grade students, lending your expertise over two mornings per week (approximately 8:30 am – 12:30 pm), throughout the 2026–2027 academic year. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in California
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly preferred
• Familiarity with interventions for a range of fine and gross motor needs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration
• Ability to assess, build, and implement individualized therapeutic strategies
• Compassionate, patient approach to working with TK–5th grade students
• Adaptable and organized, able to manage a flexible, part-time schedule

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students’ occupational therapy needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plan (IEP) goals
• Provide direct intervention, consultation, and support to students and staff
• Monitor student progress and maintain thorough documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and families to maximize student achievement
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute specialized expertise
• Recommend adaptive equipment and classroom modifications when needed
