Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Valid OT licensure (or eligibility) in California
  • Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Compassion, adaptability, and a commitment to student success

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized intervention plans tailored to each student’s needs
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to support student progress
  • Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services within classroom and/or pull-out settings
  • Document evaluations, interventions, and student progress in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Contribute to IEP meetings and assist teachers in implementing appropriate accommodations and strategies
  • Support the development of fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, and functional independence
