Soliant is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time opportunity located in San Jose, CA, conveniently accessible from Sunnyvale and surrounding communities. Help students build the motor, sensory, and functional skills they need to thrive throughout the 2026-2027 school year.

Position Details

• 2026-2027 School Year
• Full-Time Position (Part-Time may be considered)
• On-Site in San Jose, CA
• PreK-12 Caseload (based on district needs)
• Virtual interviews via Zoom

What You'll Do

• Evaluate students' fine motor, sensory processing, and functional abilities
• Develop individualized treatment plans and support IEP development
• Deliver direct occupational therapy services and collaborate with school staff
• Partner with families to promote student success
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Participate in multidisciplinary and IEP meetings

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active California Occupational Therapist License
• Previous school-based experience is a plus, but not required
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
