Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility) for practice
  • Previous pediatric or school-based OT experience highly preferred
  • Ability to work with students across K-12 grade levels, tailoring interventions to varied developmental needs
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to providing both direct and indirect therapeutic services in an educational environment

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized and group occupational therapy services to students, helping them achieve their academic and functional goals
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document student progress in accordance with school guidelines
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
  • Maintain professional boundaries—no bus duties, parent pick-up, or other non-therapy responsibilities outside your contracted hours
