Key Qualifications:

• Must hold or be eligible for appropriate Occupational Therapist licensure in Arizona
• Proven experience in delivering occupational therapy in school-based settings, including both direct session work and relevant documentation

• Strong communication and organization skills for effective collaboration with teachers, parents, and fellow professionals

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy to students to help them access the curriculum and succeed in their school environment
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized intervention plans, and deliver therapy aligned with IEP goals
• Maintain accurate records and provide input for student evaluations
