Key Qualifications:
- Active (or eligible) Occupational Therapist license specific to school-based practice
- Prior experience in a school setting with K-12 students is preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with both direct and indirect service delivery
- Comfortable collaborating with educators, support staff, and families
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
- Work directly with students and provide indirect services (consults, IEP meetings, documentation)
- Maintain thorough records and timely progress reports
- Collaborate closely with teaching staff to integrate therapy goals into students’ daily routines
