Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full-Time

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a dynamic educational team in Surprise, AZ. This is a full-time, school-based position serving K–12 students for the 2026–2027 school year. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping students develop the skills necessary to succeed academically and thrive in their daily school activities.

Job Details

• Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week; 8 hours/day)
• Caseload: K–12 students
• School Year: August 6, 2026 – May 27, 2027

Key Responsibilities

• Assess students’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct occupational therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development
• Adapt classroom environments and materials to improve student participation

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active Arizona OT license (or ability to obtain)
• Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
